Exploring Iquitos( 7 Days / 6 Nights )
This journey will take you into the heart of the Incan Empire, exploring the impressive sites of Sacsayhuaman and other surrounding sites around the city of Cusco, such as Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, before reaching Machu Picchu and finalizing the trip with an amazing jungle adventure. We designed this program to be a great multi-destination trip so you will have a chance to see these Peruvian sites in the most efficient way in 7 days. The city of Iquitos is located on the shores of the Amazon River, the longest and widest river, with the greatest volume of water in the world. It is flanked on either side by the mouths of the Nanny and Itaya rivers. Even though it is the largest city in the Peruvian jungle, it can only be reached by air or by water, since there is no roads that can reach it.
